    Your Superpower account will be activated right after the payment is confirmed. For most payment methods confirmation comes instantly, but there may be some delay when you pay with credit or debit card.

  6. Does Superpower VPN keeps logs of my traffic?

    SUPERPOWER VPN does't keep any logs of your Internet activity:
    NO Traffic logging.
    NO logging of IP addresses.
    NO logging of time you stayed connected to our service.

    Only information that is stored in our database is your account details required to authenticate in the system.

    You can always upgrade your package at no cost from your Profile page. Amount left on your account will be recalculated according to newly selected plan.

  9. What PPTP is?

    PPTP stands for Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol. It is a protocol that allows you to establish encrypted connections (128 bit encryption) with other computers by creating a tunnel within regular unprotected network.

  10. What OpenVPN is?

    OpenVPN is the technology that allows you to establish encrypted connection between your computer and our servers (up to 2048 bit encryption). OpenVPN can utilize both TCP or UDP protocols and allows usage of SSL certificates for user authentication.

  11. How does it work?

    You connect to one of VPN servers that are available to you. System creates encrypted tunnel that transmits your traffic to and from Internet. No one, not even us, will be able to trace your Internet activity - what sites have you visited, what files you have uploaded/downloaded from Internet, what emails or messages you have sent.

  12. What does "Random" server in the list of servers mean?

    In case if you will be using our "Double Man" or "Captain Quad" packages you will be able to form your chain of servers to manage your Internet traffic. In case if you will set one of the servers as "Random" then the system will be automatically switching this server with any other in random order every 60 minutes without termination of active VPN connection.

  13. Can I use VPN on my smartphone?

  14. How do I know that the VPN is connected and everything is working properly?

    You can verify VPN connection by checking your IP address at our website main page, or at another special websites, for example ip2location.com or whoer.net. If your IP address matches the IP address of VPN server - you are connected.

  15. How many devices can be connected to VPN simultaneously?

    Each package allows you to connect up to 2 devices at the same time. In case if you want to have more than 2 devices to stay connected at the same time the you will need to purchase additional package.
